Shipping & Return Policy
Shipments must be inspected for damage or missing parts before signing Bill Of Lading. Notes must be made on Bill Of Lading before the driver leaves if there is any damaged or missing parts. Any Freight left under verbal agreement will have no rights to a Freight Claim. While Lunmar Boat Lifts will do everything in our power to have the lift delivered complete with no damage but it is the receivers responsiblity to confirm that the lift is complete before signing. Any claim made with a signed Bill Of Lading will be denied by the Freight Company. Lunmar Boat Lifts will gladly accept a return if the customer is not satisfied with the product.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FREIGHT AND 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
